A bug in the assassin skill

    The assassin has a skill (forgot its name) which lowers the threat level of monsters 99%, increases the speed of the assassin by 30% and restores 50% energy.

    However, instead of lowering the threat level this skill provokes all monsters in a radius of 22 meters (the radius is not accurate - not tested).

    I have long thought that the monsters is that some sort of mass gathering for the common defense during the battle 1 monster vs player, yet as it is not used this skill outside of combat just to restore energy and all adjacent monsters immediately came running to me.

    If it can be fixed, then please fix it.

    it works. If you use the skill and you are alone, then of course all Mobs will come to you. Removing the Aggro works only, if there is a other player near you.

    Yup, skill works *as intended*.

    Threat level is always relative to other party members.

    Therefore using cold blood in party would have the impact you're looking for, but since it acts upon all mobs within a particular radius, using it solo will in fact trigger aggro. In fact, is even useful for pulling mobs when farming.

    Pretty much what SubZero said with a few added words in case you didn't understand why. :)

    In the description of the skill does not specify that it resets the threat level group only.

    I still think that's obviously a bug as the assassin DD class and not a tank and all of his skills working with a threat level lower but not increase it. The fact that this bug can be used to solo farm to collect all the monsters in a bunch, it's obvious.

    Or, in this game the developers obviously own, slightly different view on agro skills, compared to other games.

    This is the first time I see that skills which should lower the agro on the other hand can have monsters to cause aggression.

    Probably will have to play with the implementation of the skills that embedded developers ... but this is idiocy

    Well, to be honest it would be too broken if it worked the way you described it as assassins would be able to run by mobs and perhaps bosses without taking any aggro.

    On top of that, this benefit of pulling mobs has several uses like in Ellora's Spire on the Chef Gustav Floor you can use Danger Zone -> Calm Response (Pulls mobs and restores the stamina you lost) -> Blade Storm, or whichever move you prefer after.

    Also asssassins with high tempered Alsas are quite tanky and this skill is really useful when farming end-game content (or at least I find it very useful).

    Even though it isn't as you wish, you can try to make the most of it :)
